Shipping

Our normal method of shipment is UPS, but ship via USPS (post office) for smaller orders.

All orders are to be placed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

RATES: For Retail customers. (Wholesale customers will be charged on invoice). For orders shipped outside the United States, we will contact you regarding an Air Freight charge.

Return Policy

We guarantee you satisfaction with our products. If not fully satisfied within 5 days of receipt of the item ordered, you may exchange it, or receive a refund for your purchase.

Below are our return conditions: Items which have been authorized for a return MUST be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from New Dimensions Customer Service Staff (800) 536-5647.

All Returned items must be in resalable condition.

Replacement items will be shipped or credit issued after the material is received, inspected, and approved - based on the price New Dimensions originally received for the material.

Online Orders

Material available for order is subject to the following conditions:

• We will ship all orders via UPS/USPS, and are limited to the countries that they services.
• We will not accept orders whose ultimate destination is a US embargoed country.
• All credit card charges are posted in US dollars.
• Minimum on line order charge is $100. (Wholesale)
• If items will be backordered or cancelled, you will be notified.
• All the information boxes must be filled out before any order can be processed.
• Purchaser's credit card will be charged only upon shipment of order.
• New Dimensions has the right to cancel any online orders placed.
• Please take note of shipping and handling charges which will apply upon checkout.
• PRICES HEREIN are net prices and are subject to change without notice. Any additions to orders already placed by Buyer will be considered as new orders.
• We recommend you print a hard copy of your order for your own recording purposes. Orders cannot be tracked via our web site at this time.
• For order or other inquires, Email us your request and one of our representatives will contact you.
• Availability on some merchandise may be limited due to high demands. Some orders may be delayed in the event of a backorder we ask that you bear with us until we may fill your order.

Credit Card Purchase

Purchaser's credit card will not be charged until the time of shipment.

Delivery

No allowance has been made, nor shall we be liable directly or indirectly for, delays of carriers or delays from labor difficulties, shortages, strikes or stoppages of any sort, fires, accidents, failure or delay in obtaining materials or manufacturing facilities, acts of government affecting us directly or indirectly, bad weather, or any causes beyond our control or causes designated as Acts of God or force nature by any court of law, and the estimated delivery date shall be extended accordingly. We will not be liable for any damages or penalties whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, resulting from our failure to perform or delay in performing unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized officer.

Defective Merchandise

All items damaged due to shipping must be reported immediately to UPS. 1-800-PICK UPS. Keep all boxes and packing materials. All other breakage must be reported to New Dimensions Customer Service within 5 days. A credit will be issued or merchandise will be replaced.

We always do our best to ship your product correctly. If we have made a mistake regarding your order; please notify our Customer Support Staff within 5 days of the order's arrival. We will work quickly to remedy any mishaps. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval. If you need to make a return, it is imperative that you receive a return authorization number from our Customer Support Staff and promptly return the product(s). Otherwise we cannot grant credit for returned items.
